5. The reasons for collecting your data:

  • Managing customer relationships (phone/email), order tracking, training management, e-Learning platform registrations, and after-sales service.
  • Managing customer satisfaction (collecting feedback from participants following training sessions through satisfaction surveys).
  • Sending targeted commercial offers by email, on social networks, or on any other medium.

6. Data retention period:

  • For prospects: data is retained for 36 months from the account creation date.
  • For participants (trainees enrolled in a training program): data is retained indefinitely.

7. Who are your data shared with?

The data is exclusively intended for our internal services.

Payments

If you pay by credit or debit card, all details are stored by our third-party service providers  Stripe. All your information is secure. Invoices are sent automatically. If you need a more specific or specific commercial invoice, contact us directly.

Refund policy

Replay programs

We guarantee a 100% refund within 60 days of your order, under the conditions described below.

You are eligible for a refund if you request it by email within 60 days, and one of the following situations applies:

  1. You were not able to start the course: your progression is below 5%. We understand that work life does not always leave time to study, and we do not want to charge you for a program you could not begin.
  2. You started the course beyond the introduction (progression above 5%) and you find that it did not help you. In this case we ask you to share by email the specific points that did not meet your expectations (unclear concepts, methods that do not apply to your context, missing examples, etc.), so that we can improve the program.

You are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • the request is made more than 60 days after the order,
  • you have completed more than 25% of the program at the time of the request,
  • the purchase concerns consulting, coaching or any other training, workshop or service that requires the involvement of an AbcSupplyChain team member. These services are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Progress is measured automatically by our learning platform (percentage of lessons and modules completed).

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and the program concerned. We process requests within 7 business days.

Live programs (multi-session)

For live programs running across multiple sessions, refund requests are limited to the first 10 participants and must be submitted before the start of the second session. After the second session has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Intellectual property statement

Every content on our site is the intellectual property of abcsupplychain.com. You can share our YouTube videos and posts freely by mentioning us as the source of the content.
You cannot share any content, excel, files, visual coming from our private member area.

Terms, conditions, contracts and agreements

We work with clients on individually designed legal contracts to meet their personal needs. All related documents are special subjects of these contracts and are not disclosed in this document.
